Option 1 - the conventional selling method

A fixed fee of £POA only will be charged, payable after your house is sold, for all the services we provide from the point of contact to the point of sales completion. You pay nothing more before or after the sale. Our fixed charges are the same for all selling prices. You will not have to pay more if your house has a higher value tag.

However for a small fee of £50 we can video tape your premises, as an optional extra, to show the customers interested in purchasing your property before they are brought over to view it. In this way only the seriously interested people will want to visit. It will also increase the selling potential at a minimum time. The charge for video filming, if required, is payable up front and is non refundable in all cases.

Option 2 - Selling without paying any sales commission

A fixed fee of £100 only is charged for all the services we provide from the point of contact to the point of sales completion. You pay nothing more before or after the sale. This fee is non refundable and is payable in advance.

As with the conventional selling method, you can also request for a video film to be made, of your premises, for a small fee of £50 only.

• This will increase your chances of selling you house more quickly.

• Customers will be shown the video of your house, before they come to view it, for free.

• In this way you can be sure that only the seriously interested customers will come to view your house.

This of course is optional but we strongly recommend it as it will, without any doubt, increase the selling speed and attract genuine customers for your property.

• FREE Internet Advertising for as long it takes to sell your house

• FREE Sales Valuation (if required)

With this 'No Sales Commission' option we will send you the potential customers to view your property at a convenient time to suit you and you can do the actual selling.

*No extra charge, for taking the photographs and taking all the particulars, will be made if the properties For Sale or For Let are within 20 miles from Walsall. A small charge for expenses will be made for properties further than 20 miles away from Walsall. Full details supplied upon request.
